From Red Rocks to Real Estate

Growing up as a contractor's daughter, I was immersed in the world of construction and renovation from day one. Weekend trips meant walking job sites instead of playgrounds, and dinner conversations revolved around square footage, structural integrity, and the satisfaction of transforming something overlooked into something extraordinary.

That foundation shaped everything

My journey has taken me from the red rocks of Southern Utah to the tree-lined streets of the Northeast, and along the way, I fell head over heels for the charm and character of New York and Connecticut homes. There's something about a century-old colonial or a classic craftsman bungalow that tells a story no new construction ever could. I became obsessed with understanding that story — and helping others write the next chapter of it.

My background in real estate investment and my credentials as a LEED AP with the US Green Building Council mean I don't just see properties. I see the full potential, the legacy, and the way a home can shape an entire lifestyle. A south-facing addition isn't just an upgrade — it's lower energy bills and a sun-soaked breakfast nook for years to come. Details like that matter deeply to me.

I also know how overwhelming real estate decisions can feel, especially when you're balancing family life, career, and dreams for the future. The stakes are high, and the process can feel impossibly complex. But your next move doesn't have to be stressful.
I combine deep market knowledge with a genuine understanding of your goals to help you make thoughtful, confident choices — ones that build long-term wealth and create a life you're proud to come home to.

Every client I work with has a story that brought them here. What's yours? I'd love to hear what made you fall in love with this area.

Three years. I keep saying those words out loud because it genuinely doesn't feel like it's been that long and yet the weight of everything this gala represents makes it feel like so much more.
