Why I Chose Real Estate in Connecticut and New York

Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, the smell of sawdust and the hum of renovation projects were just part of my everyday life. I didn’t just witness homes being built—I watched dreams take shape, families settle in, and legacies form one project at a time. That upbringing gave me an eye for detail, a passion for design, and an appreciation for how a home can shape the way we live.

From Red Rocks to Colonial Charm

Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, the smell of sawdust and the hum of renovation projects were just part of my everyday life. I didn’t just witness homes being built—I watched dreams take shape, families settle in, and legacies form one project at a time. That upbringing gave me an eye for detail, a passion for design, and an appreciation for how a home can shape the way we live.

My journey has been a colorful one—starting in the red rock landscapes of Southern Utah and winding all the way to the tree-lined streets of the Northeast. Somewhere between the sandstone cliffs and New England's winding back roads, I fell head over heels for the timeless charm of New York and Connecticut homes.

Fairfield County Real Estate Agent

There’s something about the architecture here that tells a story. From classic Colonials to thoughtfully restored farmhouses, each property offers its own kind of magic—and I knew I wanted to be part of helping others find theirs.

Before diving into real estate full-time, I worked in real estate investment and held a role as a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. That experience shaped how I look at homes—not just as structures, but as opportunities to build wealth, reduce impact, and create a lifestyle that aligns with your values.

I understand how overwhelming real estate decisions can feel. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating for work, or investing in a property to support your future, there's often a lot on your plate: balancing family needs, career goals, and the dreams you’ve been carrying for years.

That’s where I come in.

My job isn’t just to help you find a house—it’s to guide you through the process with clarity, confidence, and care. I combine deep market knowledge with a personal approach that puts your goals first, helping you make thoughtful decisions that align with both your lifestyle and your long-term vision.

Fairfield County, and the surrounding areas of Connecticut and New York, offer an incredible blend of history, community, and opportunity. Whether you’re drawn here by career changes, family roots, or a love for coastal living, I’d love to hear your story—and help you find the perfect place to continue it.
