September 2024 Update Jess Watts
September 2024 in Westchester

We ended summer with a bang this past weekend with our Yoga in the Garden party. It was truly special- and a huge thanks to all that came out, and the venders who participated! If you missed it, please save the date for our next event. I even have a broadcasting channel on IG now— yay!! So I will be sending out event info in that as well.
September is going to be a busy one, so stay tuned!!
Since summer was the season of towels— truly, between the pool and camp, it has been on my mind a lot. I am thankful for my Blueland
washing machine tablets. Zero plastic (they ship in compostable bags), and honestly, they work INCREDIBLY well. This is not sponsored by the way… but I do have 4 dogs, a messy little one, and a Tennis Pro husband. We don’t take it easy on clothes— and they seriously work great. Also, saying goodbye to plastic is a huge win!
In amazing real estate news… the Fed announced that rates would start inching back down. While that is going to start helping low inventory levels, it will also bring a lot more buyers to the party. So expect highest and best to still be a thing… and if you love the house, you’ll need to expect to spend well over asking.
I am excited to announce an incredible panel discussion on women’s health; Sept 16 at Conant Hall in Pound Ridge. Purchase tickets here.
September 19, I will be dancing the night away at Maple Grove Farm for Westchester Land Trust’s Reggae in the Barn. If you know me, you know I love all the work they do!! We are talking food for those in need, clean water, and land protection. Plus, Andrew Tow will be there with his incredible wine— Withers Wine. It can’t be missed. Buy Tickets and come dance!
In addition, I am on the Host Committee for The POP Party at The Aldrich in Ridgefield, CT. Inspired by Andy Warhol, this event will help raise funds for the new Sculpture Garden and other projects. The Aldrich is a beautifully curated art museum at our fingertips. Purchase Tickets for Sept 28!
See you soon!

Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, the smell of sawdust and the hum of renovation projects were just part of my everyday life. I didn’t just witness homes being built—I watched dreams take shape, families settle in, and legacies form one project at a time. That upbringing gave me an eye for detail, a passion for design, and an appreciation for how a home can shape the way we live.
