Annual Pound Ridge Garden Party

We had the most wonderful event with over 50 community members the annual garden party.

Jennifer Wege and I are so grateful for this community. Our Garden Party celebrated small businesses, and the work of @914cares. Period products will go to those most in need in our own community.

Thanks to the small businesses that popped up:

Our Chef @marjmade4you- the food was divine. Last but not least, @hudvalleyphoto for the incredible shots 📸.

Remember supporting small pays off big for our communities and your home value. 💗

I've had a lot of conversations with buyers over the years, and there's a pattern I see almost every time. They find a house they love. Beautiful kitchen, great yard, perfect layout. They can already picture their furniture in it.

There's a quiet truth nobody talks about enough: making friends after 40 is hard. Not impossible — just hard. Life gets full. Schedules get tight. And somewhere between school pickups, work deadlines, and keeping up with everything else, building new friendships quietly falls off the list.
