Timing matters. But so does presentation. And in Westchester's real estate market, you really can't afford to get either one wrong.
I've had a lot of conversations with buyers over the years, and there's a pattern I see almost every time.
They find a house they love. Beautiful kitchen, great yard, perfect layout. They can already picture their furniture in it.
There's a quiet truth nobody talks about enough: making friends after 40 is hard. Not impossible — just hard. Life gets full. Schedules get tight. And somewhere between school pickups, work deadlines, and keeping up with everything else, building new friendships quietly falls off the list.
