The WLT is part of why myself and so many families choose to live in Northern Westchester. The WLT provides preserves, hiking trails, protects working farms, ensures clean water, and has a community garden to feed those in need (volunteers are always welcome).
I need to talk about the flower wall (the one in half the photos)… it was that stunning. So many seized the opportunity to use it! Want one for your event? Enter @farmernick and @emilyonthewings. I've had a lot of conversations with buyers over the years, and there's a pattern I see almost every time.
They find a house they love. Beautiful kitchen, great yard, perfect layout. They can already picture their furniture in it.
There's a quiet truth nobody talks about enough: making friends after 40 is hard. Not impossible — just hard. Life gets full. Schedules get tight. And somewhere between school pickups, work deadlines, and keeping up with everything else, building new friendships quietly falls off the list.
