The WLT is part of why myself and so many families choose to live in Northern Westchester. The WLT provides preserves, hiking trails, protects working farms, ensures clean water, and has a community garden to feed those in need (volunteers are always welcome).
I need to talk about the flower wall (the one in half the photos)… it was that stunning. So many seized the opportunity to use it! Want one for your event? Enter @farmernick and @emilyonthewings. When people ask me what sets me apart as a real estate agent in Westchester and Fairfield County, my answer is simple. I am deeply tapped into this community, and that means I often know when a home is about to hit the market, sometimes before the seller has even made it official.
I hope everyone has managed all this rain. While rain can be all doom and gloom, it is a great time to look for course corrections. In certain locations, our soil is very dense, and clay like which can lead to a low percolation rate.
