Co-Chair Westchester Land Trust Gala

Westchester Land Trust Gala

I had the opportunity to co-chair the @westchesterlandtrust Gala with one of my favorite humans @northernwestchestermoms and honorary chair Martha Stewart I am still floating! The community showed up big and helped raise over $430K!

The WLT is part of why myself and so many families choose to live in Northern Westchester. The WLT provides preserves, hiking trails, protects working farms, ensures clean water, and has a community garden to feed those in need (volunteers are always welcome).

I need to talk about the flower wall (the one in half the photos)… it was that stunning. So many seized the opportunity to use it! Want one for your event? Enter @farmernick and @emilyonthewings. They’re experts at all things floral and garden. They focus on sustainability, and are honestly incredible humans.

I am always blown away by my friends. Thanks for showing up in spades. 💫💚

Sad you missed? WLT is gearing up for Bluegrass in the Barn this September! Hope to see you there! 🎶

Westchester and Fairfield counties are still seeing inventory fly- especially at purchases under 1.2M.

This isn't marketing speak or real estate hyperbole—it's a reality that thousands of families experience daily across towns from Bedford to White Plains, Scarsdale to Mount Kisco. You know those picture-perfect neighborhoods you saw
