A Summer Market Update — And a Few Dates to Save

What a whirlwind since I last checked in! For everyone who came out to any (or all!) of the events this spring, thank you for your magic — you truly made them special.

As we jump headfirst into summer, I wanted to share a quick market update with you all.

What's Happening in the Market Right Now

For the first time in a long time, we're starting to see more inventory hit the market, along with some softening in prices. That's right, buyers — I see you, and depending on what you're looking for, this could be your moment to shine.

The biggest question I'm getting right now is: why?

Why is the market softening when inventory is still relatively low? It comes down to economics. Interest rates keep climbing, and prices are rising across nearly every part of our daily lives — from groceries to gas, oil, and electricity. Less on the shelves, higher costs everywhere you turn.

What this all means is simple: your goals matter. Honestly, they always should have.

So whether you're buying or selling, let's start planning together. And if listing next year is on your radar, don't wait to reach out — let's make sure we're making the best decisions for you and your family, on your timeline.

Save These Dates

This year is far from over, and while I want you to soak up everything summer has to offer, mark your calendars for these upcoming events:

🧘 August 30 — Yoga in the Garden Yoga Six is back in action! Join us from 9:30 AM–12:30 PM. The official flyer is coming soon — stay tuned!

🎾 September 17 — Pickleball with the Pros for Full Circle Life Come meet Allan Houston and other Knicks alumni, alongside active Jets players, for a great cause. This event benefits the Full Circle Life Foundation, which supports athletes who need extra help outside of their team circles — a cause that's truly near and dear to my heart. This will take place at Pickle Rage in New Rochelle. More details coming soon!

A couple of years ago, I met a client named Callann. Like a lot of my clients, she came to me with more than a checklist of square footage and bedrooms. She came with a dream.

When people ask me what sets me apart as a real estate agent in Westchester and Fairfield County, my answer is simple. I am deeply tapped into this community, and that means I often know when a home is about to hit the market, sometimes before the seller has even made it official.
